Reception
The Registration module is an integrated patient management system, which captures complete and relevant patient information. The system automates the patient administration functions to have better and efficient patient care process. It provides for enquiries about the patient, the patient's location, admission, and appointment scheduling and discharge details. Furthermore, this system even takes care of package deals for a patient for a fixed cost as well as Doctor Consultation and Scheduling, Doctor Consultancy Fees and Time Allocation. The Consultation Module is a fully integrated knowledge repository that caters to Medical and clinical records of patients in the hospital. Pharmacy
Caters to both the inpatient and outpatient needs. This module handles functions including billing, medicine return, petty cash, stores requisition, stores issue marking, pending requisition (from stores), stores return, damaged medicine, department return, medicine production details, credit bill details etc.
Pharmacy module deals with the automation of general workflow and administration management process of a pharmacy. The pharmacy module is equipped with bar coding facility, which makes the delivery of medical items to the patient more efficient. In addition, the Online prescription facility assists and facilitates the physicians to track the patient's prescription details and as well reflects the medication billing details in the Billing module.
Laboratory
All investigations ordered by the Doctors are tracked, samples collected and data keyed into the system for the doctors to have immediate access to the information. The broad classifications are:

This module gives lab results for all patient billed for lab tests in the billing module or requisitions made in the inpatient module. Imaging

Claims
The claims module simplifies the process of working with Insurance companies and TPAs. It automates and tracks all necessary details required by the insurance companies and TPAs and thus reduces substantial amount of manual work done by the Claim department.
The processes and functions supported in this module are:
- When the patient gets admitted, the insurance company and the TPA are collected. Based on the package an estimate for Pre-Auth is prepared.
- All test and investigations done for the patient will be automatically selected for the Pre-Auth document preparation. The Pre-Auth document can be taken as a hard copy or could be sent as an email attachment.
- Pre-Auth approval or any Enhancement approval is captured.
- At the time of Discharge, all bills made on the patient are automatically collated, and where service tax applicable the same calculated.
- Final bill submission to the insurance company along with the required documents, such as all the reports, discharge summary, etc. are generated automatically and an option to either take a print or email is given.
- On receipt of cheque or demand draft from the insurance company an entry is made in the system. In this process, the bills for which the amount is to be adjusted is also selected.
- Using the Insurance Claim module, you will be able to track:
- Pre-Auths pending approval,
- Pre-Auths approved and their value
- Claims to be sent to the Insurance company
- Claims sent and pending payment
- Amount that have to be written off, etc.
Stores
The store module contains details on outlet, unit of measures, rack, category, group, manufacturer, tax, item, re-order details, supplier, charges and MRP setting. It contains transaction details like store issue, purchase order, GRN, purchase, purchase return, purchase claim, damage item, store return, breakage and loss, pending requisition etc.
Operation Theater
SpireHealth Operation Theater module helps tracking and managing all activities related to operation theaters. Supports multiple operation theatres in hospital and deals with activities such as equipment used details, resource order, drug order, laboratory order, etc. Some of the salient features available in this module are:

Financial Accounting
The Financial Accounting module tightly and seamlessly integrates with the rest of the hospital billing systems and other modules such as stores, purchase, etc. The integration with the HMS makes accounting very simple and highly productive. It supports the standard features such as Cash/Bank Book, Receipt/Payments, Journal Voucher, General Ledger etc.
All reports have Drill Down facility to trace the data to the point of generation. Standard reports such as Cashbook, Bankbook, Ledger, Trail Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss statement, etc are available.
The key benefit of the tightly integrated accounting module is that it captures the data in real time and eliminates data entry and avoids entry errors. Summary reports on financial status is available for executive management to help them in making quick financial decisions.
Discharge Summary
The module helps in generating patient's discharge summary, which includes patient's health at the time of discharge, medical history, various diagnosis and drug prescriptions, history of present illness and course in hospital.
